By accessing or using GetSven at getsven.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetSven. By using the service, you confirm that you are.

3. Description of service

GetSven is a browser-based platform that provides live AI tools for professional tasks — process design, research, stock analysis, KPI reporting, and negotiation practice — alongside AI-powered games. All run in your browser with no installation or API keys.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use GetSven only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software on GetSven is the property of GetSven or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit as input to AI skills. Outputs generated by the platform are provided for your business use, subject to any applicable AI provider terms.

6. Early access

GetSven is currently in early access. The service is provided “as is” and features may change, be added, or be removed. We reserve the right to modify pricing after the early access period ends, with reasonable advance notice to existing users.

7. Caseback apps

Caseback lets invited builders publish web apps that run on GetSven at getsven.us/u/. Each app is the responsibility of the builder who published it, not of GetSven; we do not review apps before they go live. GetSven may pause or remove any app at any time, for any reason, including a visitor’s report. The AI, memory and data tools an app can call are capped per app per day, and an app that reaches a cap keeps running without them until the cap resets. Do not enter passwords or payment details into a Caseback app.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

GetSven is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetSven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
